Employee Support Program
We support organizations and employees going through a redundancy program to manage the tough process and be prepared to engage the marketplace again with their heads held high.We work with our Counselling Psychology and Personal Finance expert partners in delivering a range of support programs to either individuals or groups.
Everskill delivers redundancy support programmes where:
- The organization or operation is closing down
- A department or division is being restructured

We help the laid-off employees to:
- See the redundancy as an opportunity for their careers
- Develop practical plans for their career and put them into action
- To confidently manage their job search in a challenging market
- Manage stress and gain tools and information for “self-care” during and after the lay-off process
- Regain their self-esteem and cope with job loss as fast as possible
- Re-package themselves and be ready for the marketplace again
- Adopt sound personal financial practices during the “no job” period
We support HR and the leadership by:
- Planning and executing the process in a human and legal way
- Communicating the decision in a respectful, professional and confidential manner
- Planning the content and manner of the communication and coach those involved in the delivery
- Counseling them through the process for their personal well-being as well
- We support employees who remain with the organization by:
- Providing morale and well-being workshops to help reduce ‘survivor syndrome’
- Role profiling and training for those with changed roles and responsibilities
- Coaching and leadership development for new managers and leaders in the new set-up
Our employee redundancy support program includes:
